Library Rules

The Syracuse Stamp Club Library is available on club meeting nights. To borrow an item, see the Librarian before or after the business meeting.

Library items may be borrowed for a period up to the next meeting (2-3 weeks). Scott Catalogues may not be renewed. Other items may be renewed at the discretion of the Librarian.

All library items must be signed for on the library card as well as on the slip in the front of each book. Please note that fines may be assessed for overdue items ($1.00 per item per meeting)

Please be aware that YOU are responsible for taking due and reasonable care of all items loaned to you. The cost of repair or replacement caused by unreasonable wear or obvious carelessness that results in damage or loss WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BORROWER. Some of the club items are very costly and almost impossible to replace. Treat them as if they were your own.
