Created to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Syracuse's Rosamond Gifford Zoo, these colorful covers are franked with the 2003 Reptiles stamps and feature a cachet designed by club member and local artist Vincent Juchimek.  The oversized postmark, which incorporates the Zoo's logo, was designed by graphic artist Kate Woodle.
